Acceptable but Disappointing Experience
excessive price lacking maintenance
The price did not quite match the quality (I've definitely stayed in better places for the money). Everything seemed set up to charge extra. For example, taxis cost a minimum of €25, and a bottle of water was always €2.50. The equipment seemed old, and maintenance was lacking.

Authentic Moroccan Charm!
relaxing ambiance stylish furnishings generous portions beautiful setting
I loved the beautiful decor with its traditional Moroccan elements, offering a relaxing ambiance. Our complimentary room upgrade gave us a very spacious bed and stylish furnishings. I recommend dining at the Riad, the portions are generous, and the experience felt authentic and intimate. I particularly appreciated the rooftop breakfast. It provided a beautiful setting to begin each day.
The riad is located in the heart of the Medina, so I could hear some street noise at night. I am a light sleeper so I'd suggest to bring earplugs.

smelly bathroom dirty pool
i must say, my room, it was just the standard double room, had a real problem. the bathroom smelled badly. also, those pools on the terrace? i don't think they were particularly clean.

the staff was attentive and helpful . the rooftop terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with nice views.
my room's bathroom lacked privacy, a bit uncomfortable. also, i noticed that the terrace pools weren't as clean as expected.

fantastic atmosphere rooftop pool nice restaurants
Rashid and the team were cute. They created a fantastic atmosphere. I enjoyed the rooftop pool with loungers. It helped me relax after a busy day! The location was very close to the souks. Lots of nice restaurants were nearby.
The breakfast was quite basic. I missed having some cold cuts.

central location nice breakfast dated bathroom unclean pools
The location was central to many attractions. i found it easy to walk to most places i wanted to visit. breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a highlight. It was simple but very nice.
the bathroom in my room seemed dated. also the pools on the terrace did not look very clean. it was a shame!
